Bring back Gina Carano to Star Wars, then maybe I’ll be interested again.

The Mandalorian episode in which Luke Skywalker appeared was so popular that it crashed Disney’s streaming channel. The Luke/Boba Fett episode was the most popular of that show. You would think Disney would learn that legacy characters do not need to be shat on in order to introduce new Star Wars characters.

They don't get tired of making the rehash of the rehash of the rehash of the same stargarbage??..

My enthusiasm for star wars died twenty years ago.

If the story is well written and the actors do it justice, I have no problem with more Star Wars.

Why should the story end? Star Trek was great until it went prequel. Splitting the rights was a mistake for that franchise, and one it may never fully recover from.

Star Wars has many fans and this encourages the continuation of the story in that universe. For those who have lost interest, it is a shame. For those who continue to be entertained and find happiness watching content in the Star Wars continuum, like me, your in luck as the stories continue to be written and supported into the immediate future.

I agree with @rgw1. I also cancelled my Disney plus when they canned the incredible Gina Carano. I will never pay for a Disney product again with the exception of the ticket price for Disney sea or Tokyo Disney. But they're owned by the Oriental Land Company so that doesn't count.

Mine did a few years ago when that film that came out the same year Carrie Fisher died in real life. I can't remember the title of it and it was a pale bastardized imitation of its former charm.

I did too, even with Jar Jar Binks. But when George Lucas sold the rights to Abrams of Disney, it just wasn't the same nor was it fun anymore. STAR WARS was a classic movie series guaranteed to fill cinemas, sometimes running for over a year. And sometimes in repeat runs too, with improvements in technology and remasterings like in the mid-late 90s. Even 40 years ago, after 'Empire' had made its 2 year run, STAR WARS got released again on a limited run (I saw it yet again that year too) just so you see the preview of 'Revenge (later "Return") of the Jedi' which came out in 1983.

Later on, Lucas said it was going to be just six films. It should've ended there because without his direction and inspiration, the franchise went into a black hole of cliches and mediocrity. Can anybody truly remember those Disney-ed films that have come since? It's a shame.
