Reeks of Cathleen Kennedy, all female leads, bad guy is a girl-all very woke. Watched iron man 1 the other day, much easier to watch than the overcomplicated avengers, a good guy/bad guy female lead all played by great actors-and a good story. Who wants to watch movies with a heavy woke agenda for fun?

Times my friend.. every single minute of the first 3 modern Spider-Man movies was enjoyable both by kids and adults. Then we got Andrew Garfield... pure I want to cry in my bed drama queen scenes unintelligible for the kids and hyper cringy for adults, then we got Tom Holland, his super "funny" asian friend, the whole crew spouting a million words per minute (pure gibberish) like a kid with ADHD and the black girl educating us on how the Washington monument was "built by slaves", very relevant for a Spider-man movie hey!

This really does get old: people "making history" because of their gender, race, sexual orientation combined with a particular job. There are endless possible permutations, and all of them diminish recognition of a person's talent or creativity - assuming they have any.

No thanks. I go see Godzilla 0 instead.

By any measure, “The Marvels” is one of the fall’s most anticipated titles.

Pure comedy LOL, this flick is dead in the water, another dumb woke flick, seems hollywood never learns

What about the 2016 all-female remake of 'Ghostbusters'? WERE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?! LOL

Yet more cinematic drivel.

Good. Finally a film maker who gets it. $800 billion dollars on a movie just like the last one will sometimes just go bust. A movie with a little thought, a little less reliance on money, and maybe, just maybe, a good story.

“The Marvels,” which stars Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, Iman Vellani and Samuel L. Jackson, isn’t anyone’s idea of going far out on a limb. It’s loosely a sequel to 2019’s “Captain Marvel,” which surpassed $1.1 billion worldwide. By any measure, “The Marvels” is one of the fall’s most anticipated titles.

Actually, it is very far out there ‘on a limb’

Looks like it's gonna be like the "all chicks Ghostbusters." A hard pass.
