Well he does have that going for him. I doubt he gets re-elected barring another unusual circumstance. If the Dems nominate another really bad candidate like Hillary he has a chance. Dems are getting very radical so it may be hard for them to nominate anyone that is middle of the road. But with Trump as their opponent there are no roads. It’s certainly entertaining.

lol yes I seem to recall white people, especially working class white people are considered "deplorables" now in the U.S.
Trump for another 4 years then. Should be entertaining.

There is no way the Dems will nominate a white male no matter how qualified. That isn’t how Democrats do things nowadays. They see white males as inherently a negative. They are less the party of MLK and more of Malcolm X.

I am pretty sure that Trump loves Oprah and would like her to run because it puts him in his element- two television personalities competing against one another. He would enjoy the hell out of that even though he has to know he would lose.
But I am glad she isn’t running. Politics has been trivialized enough with the two characters we had last time. Now I just hope Trump makes the same decision after the mid-term elections.

Did the Republicans?

If democrats had any integrity they would nominate the politician who best represents their party.
Nancy Pelosi.

Jon Stewart, if we have to do the celebrity thang.

So its Joe Biden and who? It needs to be seen as somebody that is capable of taking over from him.

Trump gets accused of being sexist, racist, no political experience, stuck on himself, loudmouth. So someone suggests Winfrey run for president? Hilarious!

Thank goodness for that! Here's to another six years of President Trump.

Careful there. Michelle Obama has no interest in politics and even I could guess she would lose.
Oprah? She would win with ease if she wanted to run. Especially and cadet bone spurs.

You don't have to "run the country".
You just get elected and sign stuff that comes to your desk. Any chump can do it, evidently.
yakyak
Thank God for that!!
Blacklabel
its sad because she and Michelle Obama are the only Dem candidates who could actually win.

Oprah not running for president of the U.S.A.?
Gee, I'm so devastated, what will I with my life?

Good for her.
I pity the next President-elect because if President Trump is defeated, he'll tweet against them ad nauseam.

Much as I respect Oprah, I'm hoping the era of celebrity "politicians" can end with Trump.

She tested the waters and saw disaster. I don’t blame her
maybeperhapsyes
Just a guess, but perhaps she has some issues she'd rather be kept private. So has decided that ruling her own little kingdom is enough for her.

Not like having one loudmouth billionaire showman been an example, right...
