“Thanks” for not retelling the Batman’s ‘origin’ story,
… again.

‘Some’ sequels were fine but prequels aren’t really necessary.
Back stories are best done in brief flashbacks.

Leave those cringy ‘teen-angst’ & ‘millennial’ prequel stories to the current CW.

Look like a good movie.

Dark Knight was the best. Heath Ledger at his best.

I prefer Batperson.

It is officially, the population or at least that which Hollywood deals with are all brain dead.
It seems coming up with an original idea has become rarer than hen's teeth.
So another batman, another Dr. Strange, another spiderman, another Jurassic park, another Matrix, John wick, even another ghost Busters.
No wonder I don't watch movies or TV.
Bob Fosse
Too busy writing screenplays?

According to some sources, this will rank 2nd in the list of best Batman movies, behind The Dark Knight (2008). As most people know, The Dark Knight is not only one of the best superhero movies, it’s also one of the best movies of all time.

Who do they wheel out for Alfred?
Daniel Craig?
Bob Fosse
No, not him. But he is British.

Never could get into the Batman movies after the "camp" TV series where Batman is a stickler for following the law, as the darker movie version is the polar opposite to the successful TV version.
Adam west was the original and still the best Batman in my humble unimportant opinion.

Hard to surpass Nolan's trilogy especially with Ledger's performance but based on the trailers, it looks very gritty and and appears to continue the realism in Nolan's version. I thought that Pattinson was a joke with all those crappy Twilight movies but he's become one of my favorite actors. The guy can act, has made some excellent movie choices, and has great screen presence. Paul Dano is also a very good actor. Is that really Colin Farrell as the Penguin? LOL!
Right now, Bale is still my favorite Batman. Clooney and Affleck were...meh. Keaton deserves some credit for being the first on the big screen. Kilmer was kind of underrated as the Bat but pretty bad as Bruce Wayne.
