Gotta agree with Paul here. I can eat half the amount of everything I eat and it'd still be enough and healthier for me.

It's Christmas. I don't know about the rest of the world, but in the UK Christmas means constant eating and drinking to excess at least until New Year. I think that's what Paul was talking about.
