Paul McCartney tells fans: Don't be like me and eat too much

Gotta agree with Paul here. I can eat half the amount of everything I eat and it'd still be enough and healthier for me.

Paul McCartney's not the first person I associate with over-eating.

Not anymore. Or at least, that's how it feels to this old peacenik. Appreciate the sentiment, though.

Anyway his other contribution to Xmas is that awful Wonderful Christmastime song.  He really did write some rubbish.

It's Christmas. I don't know about the rest of the world, but in the UK Christmas means constant eating and drinking to excess at least until New Year. I think that's what Paul was talking about.
