Polanski blames Weinstein and says media 'making me a monster'

Polanski -- a fugitive from US justice since 1978 after he admitted the statutory rape of a 13-year-old girl. Let that sink in... That's the world we live in. This man is celebrated by millions and protected by a system that allowed him to admit to raping a 13 year old girl and then, leave.

Now he wants sympathy. Polanski has always been horrible to anyone he considers beneath him, which is basically anyone who is not a celebrity, incredibly wealthy or useful to him. I doubt he hits women, though. He is just a run of the mill scumbag and an excellent filmmaker.

As disgusting as Weinstein is, Polanski is far worse. Polanski IS a monster. Shame on all who celebrate either of them.

And how is Polanski related Japan? There was a Japanese snapping pictures in the last scene of Rosemary’s Baby.

At the same time the girl that was raped who is in her 40s now has said on occasion that she has completely forgiven Polanski. I think as long as that woman has the ability within her heart to forgive him, then I think they should just drop all charges against him because the case is so old.
