Five years already.

Prince had a vast vault of unreleased music that he was famously protective of, and some of it has started to come out. The acoustic demo of "I Feel For You" is exceptional and a must-hear for fans.

You are missed, Ƭ̵̬̊ . RIP

Yes, he has even been an outstanding idol behind the Iron curtain, his songs played everywhere, on radio or in discotheques. Everyone will remember him. But anyway, displaying his ashes is very crazy and disturbing. Just let him ‘Rest In Peace.’

You're in the music industry, too. Sorry if he slighted you at some point. He was not perfect, prone to jealousy and insensitivity. But in the end, He was just 'a man'. - Wishing you 'Peace and success'.

I mean, the guy was talented, he definitely did it all and I mean, he did it all and I'm not taking anything from the man, he deserved every accolade and every praise, don't get me wrong, but for my musical taste he wasn't on my list of musicians, that doesn't mean I wouldn't have freaked out if I would have met the man. I do have to say for me one of the best performances by Prince was when he played at the George Harrison tribute and was one of the guitar players for the Song 'My Guitar gently weeps' that guitar solo by him and the others was just beyond fantastic.

One of the most talented and prolific artist

Prince delved into so many styles with a strong psychedelic edge.

It was such a sad day. Every FM radio station in my hometown played nothing but for the rest of the week.

Prince was not such an icon of my generation, of the 80s til today, 20th or 21st centuries but of all time.

To many yes, but not for everyone.

Yo *@bass4funk Mar 29 11:55pm AND again, Today @5:02pm: You usually have insightful* posts.

Not calling you out, (so to speak): One comment was passable on a page about a man's *'**memorial', but really, is 2 necessary? *

After all, in addition to his fans, he had a family and friends. This article is about their memorial to him.

"Definitely admired him for a talented musician, hardworking, writer, producer, businessman that he was, a true musical genius, but I wasn't that big a fan of most of his music,...As person, I heard ..." -

Definitely admired him for a talented musician, hardworking, writer, producer, businessman that he was, a true musical genius, but I wasn't that big a fan of most of his music, a bit too overhyped for me, never could understand all of the fuss, but music, as we know, is subjective. As person I heard he wasn't as nice always to other people, musicians in particular to people like Morris Day and Rick James to name a few and that's sad for so a talented person like him to have been such a jerk to a lot of people.

At last!

I have been waiting for the ashes to be displayed to the world!

I do hope they are purple!

It is a great day for Prince fans!
