I can still remember seeing her in her underwear in the first alien movie
Strangerland
I just google imaged that and didn't regret it.

She was in the first 'Escape from New York' movie a little before Alien, maybe 2 or 3 years before. Comparing her abused, exploited, thrown-away woman of a role in the 'New York' movie with the iconic Ripley role is more emphatic than comparing the woeful special effects of the former with the latter.
I wonder if she will reprise Ellen Ripley again. Hmm, well she did in the 4th Alien movie, at a stretch.

The alien was a bit of a nuisance at times, but being onboard Nostromo with Warrant Officer Ellen Ripley, would have been pleasant.

Galaxy Quest! Sci-Fi comedy. I love it. Sigourney's fake jugs for this Star Trek parody.
Frederic Bastiat
Ghostbusters!

No! "Aliens" (second movie) is the absolute best!!
Lost-in-Nagoya
The image I have of her, one that I was so enthralled by I watched over and over again, is she in the lift-robot battling the alien in the second movie.
Kurobune
A masterful actress, indeed !
Dre Hund
These are the best films she's been in. Snow Cake, and The Year Of Living Dangerously. Snow Cake is her best work.
Azzprin
One of my favourate actresses.
Like her in every movie i saw her in.
The Alien films I liked watching several times
Small or large part you knew she was there.
