Ridley Scott rebuilds Rome for 'Gladiator II'

Why the hell couldn't 'Gladiator 2' been made a few years after the first one? It would've been a shining gem in a sea of wretched gawdawful cinema trash.

Wait a minute. At least this sequel IS set 20 years later, and most films out now are even worse than ever (did somebody say "wimpy wussy teeny Marvel/DC comic book hero/ine action films?). Maybe this movie will be worth the while and wait after all.
