Robert Redford says he is retiring from acting at 81

Isn't this the second time he's said this? Not that I'm complaining, I just don't see the point of making a whole song and dance and press issue of the whole thing when you turn around and go back to it within a year.

My first thought on seeing the photograph was to be amazed at the excellent makeup job.

He’s had a long career. I don’t believe him.

I also believe that Robert Redford is the differentiate between a truthful aficionado of the character he is representing, and Dwayne Johnson

I hope this means Robert will start teaching a few classes at Sundance and other schools.......It would be great to learn about his experiences in acting over the years.
