'Tis Indeed sick if these men were filming women without consent, and they should be rightfully fired and charged with any relevant crimes. It is unforgivable. That said, it's not a "K-pop" problem, it's a problem with these idiots, same as all the people here, there, and everywhere that do it to the point where governments have had to create new laws (including for "revenge porn").

In a case like that, if there is other evidence besides the victim's accusation, they should prosecute the suspect anyway.

I'm guessing she "withdrew her accusation" because he (or his agency) paid her off.

That should not be allowed. It only allows the rich and famous to buy their way out of trouble.
