An alcoholic beverage line commemorating the 50th anniversary of the formation of the Rolling Stones is set for release by Suntory on June 19.
The beverage line is designed with the theme of the group’s iconic symbol, “Lips & Tongue,” and the first round in the series will consist of three kinds: “Rolling Hop,” a mildly bitter beer-type drink, “Rolling Gold,” which has a subtle flavor of gin, and “Citrus Highball,” a lemon and lime-flavored highball.
Yamaha Music Media is also set to release the Japanese version of the photo book, “The Rolling Stones 50" (tentative title) on July 12.
A 352-page book with approximately 700 photographs as well as comments by the group’s members provides an overview of the group’s activities over the past half-century.
Scheduled to coincide with Golden Week, an exhibition titled “The Rolling Stones 1962-2012 ~ Tracing the history of the past half-century” will be on at Tobu Department Store in Ikebukuro from April 26.

I was referring to the Stones 1971 album 'Sticky Fingers', which was the first to feature the 'Lips and Tongue' logo. The cover shows a guy in jeans with what seems to be a Mars bar in the pocket.

I guess you are referring to the urban myth about a mars bar being inserted into Miss Faithful's tunnel of love all those years back. Kind of a disgusting misogynistic thing to bring up in a family newspaper don't you think? How would you like a rumour printed in an online paper saying Mctavish's mother had a womb full of Malteasers for most of the nineteen seventies? Or Mctavish likes nothing better than a finger of fudge packed into his marmite motorway?
