How did they pick Cleveland anyway? Any of the following would be a lot more appropriate:

Memphis, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Los Angeles, London, Liverpool...

Still it will be good to have something in Japan. The John Lennon Museum was fun while it lasted.

The RNRHOF needs to realise the bubble has burst a LONG time ago. Build it in China.

A travesty. Rock has been co-opted by the establishment and the stupid RNRHOF is symbolic of this. Hey, come to think of it, Japan is the perfect location.

Yup. When the very first record contract was signed.

That said, if it makes the kids happy; those who never saw their idols etc, why not?

I can remember when the likes of the Stones music was banned from public radio and now it's used in adverts.

Not only adverts but certain political rallies...

They should be in Memphis where the king was born and raised.
