As usual, months after everywhere else.

I enjoy Xmen films, as long as they're worth watching and tell a pretty good story. So far I haven't been disappointed much with the series. The last Wolverine movie was very disappointing though. Only part worth watching was the very last scene.

HonestDictator: I thought they were pretty good, too, until they decided to keep going back in time, then spin-off singles, then back in time again, etc. Sometimes it works, but with the X-Men it's pretty hard to believe they are in present day danger when it's them as young men and women after the original movies had them in the present day but older.

I enjoy the X-men films as well and try not to think too hard about the disparities about the timeline - I was looking foward to watching it this month along with the rest of the world but found it's going to be released....in August here.

I'm glad someone decided to move up the Deadpool film to June instead of August. I would have been strange to have both X-Men films in the theater at the same time.

Welcome to Japan. Most movies are delayed from a week to three months. Saves in costs sometimes, but more importantly allows the actors to come and promote the movie instead of being busy in the US on release. There are also issues when it involves contentious subjects, such as with Unbroken and Lost in Translation. I had hoped this one would be released at the same time as in the US and South Korea, or at least before it is being released, but oh well.

Just try and avoid the spoilers for a few months.

The problem is that more and more these Marvel movies and TV shows are tying into each other, so if any info in one movie is important for another, it'll be anachronistic if not dead giveaway.

But, which version of Apocalypse? May it be "DarkSeed"!
