TV comedian Tanoshingo promotes '3D bra'

TV comedian Tanoshingo, 32, attended a PR event for the wireless "3D bra" by lingerie maker Cecile this week. The popular funnyman is using his "love injection" motto to promote the bra, which is aimed at women aspiring to have a more curvaceous bustline.

Tanoshingo, who wears the bra himself, explained how it offers support without giving a sensation of uncomfortable restrictiveness. "I like to hear confessions of love and I have my eye on a particular dancer right now, so I'll be wearing this bra and sending 'love me' vibes his way," joked the comic.

"this gruesome little queen... that mincing fairy... this talentless jessie"

Tee hee!

I know it's only entertainment but does anyone else see a connection between the incessent promotion girly-boys like Tanoshingo, Matsuko-Delux, etc. and the decrease of standard males?

Shick razor uses a gay (if this is not the current PC way to call them, I am sorry I missed the memo) person to promote their mens razor blades.

The childrens show Kamen Rider/Masked Rider "Heros" have been shifting from masculine male types to effeminate sissy's and are now using flat out flamers with bow ties in their hair.

Even straight comedians dressing in drag have made chart topping singles.

If I were given the chance to start kicking this talentless jessie in the pods, I would break my foot before I got tired of doing so.

Where can I order this bra online?

Hey now, Shogun 36, this isn't the Sarah Palin thread.

The fake promotion of "Shin Haneda Kokusai Kukou" with legs spread and the program where he tickle fights with his mom were actually kinda funny. I like imagining how the TV producers are sweating trying to incorporate such a limited talent into their programs.

Is this jackass still around? Somebody please get rid of her.

The government, bureaucracy, and Dentsu are only concerned with hiding any hint of dissent and anything else goes

kamon -- bingo. Keeping everything dumbed-down keeps the status quo. Everyone thinking and acting like children keeps any serious debate to a minimum.

Tokyogas - thanks again, but I wish I hadn't bothered. The product was scarcely even visible, just this poove mincing and standing on one leg. Now if they'd got a big star to do an act - Beyonce, Gaga, hell, even Meisa Kuroki would be more than satisfactory - I could understand putting the product on the back burner to just gather the reflected glory. But this queen just limped about being effeminate and the product disappeared. How in the name of all that's gracious could anybody have got this past the brainstorm session?

"Right, everyone - the purpose of today's meeting is to find a way to get people to buy Cecile underwear. It's for women who need a bit of support. Ideas?"

"How about a group of shapely women looking hot in the product, fronted by a big name - Beyonce, J-Lo, Kelly Brook?"

"Or maybe a real ladykiller - Kimutaku, for instance - talking about how he loves to see a woman looking hot in this gear?"

"Wait! I've got it! Someone who never, never looks at women, doing the same tired schtick as he does six times a week on every identical TV show, with the product not even visible most of the time?"

(Snnnnniffffffffffffffffffff) "We have a winner!"

there is enough bad stuff happening in J-politics and to see this loser repeat the same stupid jokes (actually not even funny) over and over again...really makes me wonder where this country is heading...definitely not in the right direction.

shinjukuboy: HAHA!

And while he's registered with Yoshimoto Kogyo, he's hardly a professional comedian. He actually runs a very successful, perfectly on-the-level massage and reflexology salon (and has for several years, apparently).

That still doesn't explain why he'd wear a bra, of course, 3-D or otherwise...

Thanks TokyoGas.

Well, as a gay guy, I don't really like saying this, but if I could, I'd like to push him back into the closet...

@IvanCoughalot

The video is under the user JIJIPRESS, they seem to have tons of good and bad stuff. Here is the code. youtube com/watch?v=UvkDFgj_FhM

So... uh... when are they gonna come out with the matching 3D pantsu?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

obviously it's a method of creating a generation of similar weaklings even more easily controlled than the current one!

If this guy's a professional comedian, 100% of the 5 year old males in this country could do better. I always cringe when I see foreign actors appear on some of these inane variety programs that are filled with squawking, screeching, vulgar "comedians" and "talents." The foreigners always have a WTF?! look within seconds because somebody will lay on the floor and fart or bare his as* or something and bring the whole house down. Children watch TV and learn that those idiots are supposedly funny. The government, bureaucracy, and Dentsu are only concerned with hiding any hint of dissent and anything else goes.

@IvanCoughalot - Does nobody think

Unfortunately it is not part of the National curriculum to think, only to follow.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Smith, Ebi - I hear you.

Mincing is not a career. References to gay sex should not be made when children are about. Kids should not be able to watch this deviant do his limp-wristed dance, lie on his back with his legs in the air and point to his anus as though it's in some way a joke, rather than an obvious reference to sodomy.

Look at youtube - it's full of children copying this dance, not knowing what it means.

And why is he chosen to promote brassieres? Maybe, at a push, I could see the logic of having that world-champion sex-change thing that's also on every show recently, but a flat-chested bloke? What does he know about bras?

What is wrong with these people that they allow this on the box? Does nobody think?

Tanoshingo is an annoying runt, and has embarrassed a number of foreign celebrities (not in a good way). When he was with a group of K-pop stars a week or so back he apparently (I didn't see it) tried giving the guy a massage and touching him 'as a joke'. The K-pop star was visibly angry and 'the joke' clearly lost on him.

Same thing happened with 'Hard Gay'; he came out on stage and seriously offended... darn who was it... Dakota Fanning? when he started shaking his crotch in her direction. Not sure if it was her, but I remember it was a young girl promoting a movie. I also remember people being shocked that 'it wasn't funny'.

Anyway, don't bras generally exist because of the third dimension? I mean, granted, there are those who don't TECHNICALLY need to wear them given certain attributes (or the lack thereof, depending on your view point), but what would a 2-D bra be?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

I really hate Japanese TV for it's enough to be a ....... (please fill in, as the mod won't allow me to write the truth here:) ) and you're on live!!! this tashinogo is a monument of antitalent...

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Tanoshingo IS FUNNY, but 3D bras? I think they should have used Hitomi Tanaka and her HUGE tatas to help us really understand the meaning of 3D bras, I think I am in lust with her!

0 ( +0 / -0 )

@goddog: I hate those filler pads. But they are important for girls with flatter chests than a new born baby.

So if I stuff some padding down my trousers, will the ladies also feel betrayed when they realize it was all false advertising?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

How about no bras

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Tokyogas - do you have a link for that youtube vid? I have a healthy urge to see the ladies more clearly which is countermanding the spitting fury which a glance of that mincing fairy inevitably evokes.

@tokyokawasaki: I hate those filler pads. But they are important for girls with flatter chests than a new born baby.

The three girls look good.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

A 3D bra for 2D boobs? Why?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

egad... I saw the youtube video of this... where did they dig up this clown?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Well, if it was a 4D bra it would be bending space-time. Now that would be a double D if there ever was one.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

3D bra. It'll be full of foam filler pads and not the real thing (as usual).

Such a let down once the truth is revealed...

0 ( +0 / -0 )

I can happily say this is the first time I've heard of this guy and from comments above I don't think I'll bother. So a 3d bra... Enough said I think.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Surely all bras are 3D? Unless it's a drawing of a bra?

Tanoshingo, who wears the bra himself, explained how it offers support without giving a sensation of uncomfortable restrictiveness

This gruesome little queen has no knockers. How in the hell can he be an authority on the comfort or otherwise of this brassiere, which was designed for a woman's body, not that of a puny effeminate?

I can't wait for this woeful sausage-jockey to disappear back to the obscurity he so richly deserves. Mincing and pointing to your anus does not make somebody a comedian.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

3d bras... so you saying without it everyone has 3d breasts in Japan?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

a connection between the incessent promotion girly-boys like ... Matsuko-Delux, etc.

I see nothing 'girly' or 'boyish' about some lump that resembles Jabba the Hut.

And I don't understand why this Tanoshingo would be wearing a bra. Hakuho or Asashoryu, I can understand.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

The guy is not funny. I should be there with the gals.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Tanoshingo, who wears the bra himself

What a stupid little idiot.

3d not double d

Yeah, I was hoping for some triple-D norks on display, instead we get a childish faux-homosexual.

I know it's only entertainment but does anyone else see a connection between the incessent promotion girly-boys like Tanoshingo, Matsuko-Delux, etc. and the decrease of standard males?

1 ( +1 / -0 )

This guy has about one more month of fame before he disappears.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

Good stuff!

0 ( +0 / -0 )

He acts gay and effeminate and then pretends to break character and talk in a deep, manly voice. It wears thin after about 20 seconds.

true. Btw how about a bigger picture JT? Preferably desktop size.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Tanoshingo only has one joke. He acts gay and effeminate and then pretends to break character and talk in a deep, manly voice. It wears thin after about 20 seconds.

And I'm pretty sure he's not gay. Otherwise he wouldn't think his caricature of a stereotypical gay man was funny.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

This "guy", if we can call him that makes me cringe. Hope he's not around for much longer.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

badge 213 if they were double d then they wouldnt have such tiny tummies and tooshes would they,,,because women like that would be false, as in plastic better that women have real bodies, so if they have little tummies and tooshes then they will have breasts that match that if they have bigger bossoms then they will naturally have more curves with their waists and hips you could always buy a barbie :D

tanoshingo actually sounds better when he uses his mans voice, i wonder if this is all an act and he is really as heterosexual as they come :D

0 ( +0 / -0 )

3d not double d

0 ( +0 / -0 )

The three ladies are hot. Tanoshingo is ha ha ha ha ha ha!

0 ( +0 / -0 )

"Tanoshingo, who wears the bra himself, explained how it offers support without giving a sensation of uncomfortable restrictiveness. “I like to hear confessions of love and I have my eye on a particular dancer right now, so I’ll be wearing this bra and sending ‘love me’ vibes his way,” joked the comic."

Who could possibly claim that Japan is a society where strangeness and childishness rule? I mean having a guy endorse a bra and say he sends "love me vibes" to his love interest is not even given a second thought.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

My eyes just stick to 2nd from left, (3D) bra is mere cover what's inside is important !

0 ( +0 / -0 )

3D bras are the best. Those 2D bras always leave the wearer looking flat-chested. And wireless too! They should have gotten Samsung to sign-on as a sponsor.
