So Chuck-D was broke huh . . . Why do 90% of "rappers" claim to have all these women, cars, dope and lots of money- in their Lyrics?" When actually, that lifestyle only is reality for about 2 yrs. Too much avarice in the ghetto.

and that's 15% of what the label got from i-tunes... back when the downloads were 99 cents that came out to about 8 cents for the artist...currently it's around 14 cents from the $1.29 a customer pays.....half of the revenue [the "licenses” approach] would be almost 40 cents for the artist
