Harvey Weinstein's sexual assault trial set for May

Someone has never heard of coercion apparently.

If they agreed to have sex with him because they thought it would help their careers, and then later they regretted it, that's not rape. It's not like he drugged them like Bill Cosby did.

Why wait decades?

Yeah it’s not like he was an extremely rich and powerful man wirh the power to destroy careers or something.

Sexual trauma can take years to get over it or even acknowledge it to yourself. Some never do.

No doubt the predator's legal team will try to indulge in victim blaming. How anyone can defend him is shocking but some will. And a lot of money will be made.

Why wait decades? Because your career didn't flourish as much as you'd hoped after your visit to the casting couch?

Weinstein is accused of forcibly performing oral sex on a woman in July 2006 and raping another woman in March 2013.

Is this right?  Surely forcing a woman to perform oral sex on him?  

I have a sneaking suspicion that this is going to be very difficult to prove to required legal standards.
