No wonder they end up talking drugs, drinking, etc... and suffering from depression.

Anyone can develop a habit, or indulge in recreational drink/drug use. And ditto for depression, it's something that can affect one early in life, no matter what background you have and whether or not you partake in stimulants.

Some of the greatest minds in history have suffered from depression.
