If I had to guess I would say Clamenza is talking about all of those people in Hollywood who knew of the open secret of Weinstein's sexual abuses and did nothing while simultaneously admonishing the rest of America for their sins against women. Maybe it's people like Meryl Streep who said nothing about Weinstein and who continue to support pedophiles like Roman Polanski. Hollywood is full of people like this who seek to signal their pure and virtuous motivations to the deplorables while at the same time standing by and doing nothing while serial sexual abusers and pedophiles go about their business.

If a Hollywood mogul can employ ex-Mossad operatives to keep his crimes under wraps, one wonders just how much resources and money a sexual predator (who is on tape admitting grabbing women's genitals) is spending to hide his crimes.

Well it pretty much says the same thing as it said about those who protected Bill Clinton when he was caught preying on interns at his work place and was accused of sexual violence and rape. The point is that everyone has been hypocritical over the sexual abuse issue and many other issues because America’s thought and opinion leaders are now mostly focused on protecting their own tribes.

Look how twisted people have become due to their willingness to protect their political ideology at all costs. The ends always seem to justify the means. Have you ever wondered why NOW is no longer a prominent advocate for women’s issues anymore? They were rendered mute over work place abuses that originate from powerful men having affairs with female subordinates. That was a big issue with feminists until they ditched it in order to defend pro abortion Bill Clinton.

Plenty of feminists in Hollywood turned a blind eye to the abuses of people like Weinstein, Polanski, and Woody Allen among others, because they talked the talk on the issues feminists advocated and opened their wallets wide to finance them. Even now that Hollywood feminists have been exposed as hypocritics they are not embarrassed. They know that their followers will simply ignore the inconsistencies in order to signal their support for the cause.

Cognitive dissonance of this sort is rampant among the Left and Right. It’s how America ended up with a choice for president between a man accused of sexual abuses and a woman who spent most of her adult life protecting her sexually abusing husband (while simultaneously running for office as a feminist icon). America’s elites in all areas of civic life are more or less openly corrupt. This fact has had enormous corrosive effects on average Americans.
