Don't feel sorry for the Toddler-in-Chief AT ALL ! It comes with the territory, @Maria !

This was very good, she was very funny. You have to feel a bit sorry for the guy, but hey, until he quits or keels over from stress, this is the way it's going to be.

It was their best show in years. Even unfunny Leslie Jones was great in Jeopardy.

Your word. YOUR WORD!

Just an epic performance.

I don't know where some of you guys get on the left that we are losing sleep over this, when I go drinking with my friends and talk about this, we laugh ourselves silly and why?

Because you've had too much to drink.

the ratings overall tell a much different story.

2nd highest rating among the key demographic. Yeah, pretty pathetic.

these celebrities need to realize that no matter how much they endorse or make statements nobody listens to them anymore. and their shelf life is about a year or so anyway

I don't like the angle SNL is taking boo hoo so now I will say it isn't funny..

Sour grapes much people???

Its funny, the supporters of the current US government are suggesting liberal mindset this and for the sheeple, all the meanwhile forgetting that because of the bizarre electoral college system SNL is probably more representative of the majority, and almost certainly of the coasts, entertainment and arts..

You can always not watch it or choose not to comment :-)

I think that satire is massively important social commentary.

The funniest part about it, aside from it's hilarity alone, is how accurate it was, and how angry it is making Trump and the posters who pretend to "not care" but are going insane. And that is generating more publicity than ever for the show, which is guaranteed to keep them going!

On the whole, I think the show has been pretty awful for a while now, with the rare exception of a gem here and there. But they've struck gold with Baldwin's Trump and now this. Now Spicer may actually lose his job because Trump is so upset over it!

I wonder how Trump was treated or how he treated other cast members when he hosted SNL last year. Boy, SNL has really ripped into him since then. Weekend Update spends 50-75% of their show on Trump talk unlike the past when they talked about other stories/issues.

Melissa McCarthy was pretty funny. I haven't seen enough of the original guy to know how accurate she was, I've only read about him. But she still made me chuckle anyways.

From a one-sided POV probably was.

For the life of me, I don't know where some of you guys get on the left that we are losing sleep over this, when I go drinking with my friends and talk about this, we laugh ourselves silly and why? Trump's in the White House, there is really nothing the left can do now to make us feel anything, but delight. Now on the other hand when I turn on the TV and see crazy Ignorant protesters going apoplectic, that makes me laugh even more. That the left is having a complete meltdown and suffering from Trump syndrome is for me a sight to behold.

And that is generating more publicity than ever for the show, which is guaranteed to keep them going!

Hmmm, the ratings overall tell a much different story.

On the whole, I think the show has been pretty awful for a while now,

That's an understatement!!

What?!! Good lord, ROFL! And then the room filled up with White smoke, boy you guys....

SNL has become quite boring with these skits. Time to move on kids...

Was funny from the beginning and stopped being funny after Mike Myers left.

Pretty much. A big yawn!

“I want to begin tonight by apologizing on behalf of you to me for how you have treated me these last two weeks,” McCarthy said in opening the mock press briefing. “And that apology is not accepted.”

I so want Spicer to actually say this to the fake news mainstream media "reporters" but he's too much of a gentleman to do that.

Low-brow humor for the sheeple.
