Why does she get anonimity and he doesn't? If his claim that a previous case has been dismissed is true, this does not seem right.

Ahh okay, chief. Many men will take advantage of women given the opportunity. Women are prone to be sucked in by fame and flash. That sets up a common situation where the male, for what ever reason, becomes demanding and aggressive when there is a hint the women is no longer interested or getting wary. Then he forces himself on her - she may not always openly reject this, but it's clear to her and him if he cares that she does not want to have sex.

This has happened to me on a few occasions usually after I had a few too many.

It's date rape and many men will admit that they have committed it, possibly unknowingly.

Can't say I have. Nor do I know anyone that has.

So many women with false and unprovable claims being thrown at celebrities. Why did NY have a special ignore-the-statute-of-limitations-act policy going? Seems like it's being used and abused.

Let's see she was clearly 21 at the time of the incident in 2015 and why did she not go to the police and report it at that time? She was with a friend, and so did she confide this incident to the friend, and would this friend go under oath and testify?

Almost 9 years later, she is nearly 30 and she is only now reporting it?

I am a woman and I absolutely have serious doubts to the truthfulness of this story.
