@Limbo, you just summed it up 100% it is a shame. I met Julian about 15 years ago in L.A. at the garlic festival, he was performing and he is a very nice and talented musician, always thought so. It is a real shame that Yoko, purposely wedged herself between Julian and his dad. But John is also to blame here, not only Yoko, he was so spellbound by this woman, drugs and all, he probably didn't realize what he was doing to his first born. Sad indeed. I remember a few years ago she had a meltdown when the McCartney & Lennon collection came out, she wanted to go to court screaming that Lennon's name should be first over McCartney's. Honestly, who cares, both wrote great songs, but she couldn't bear McCartney to have his name first, that would overshadow her late husband. No wonder Paul hated her all those years, the woman should retire somewhere and leave the scene quietly, her and Sean. By the way, has anyone heard anything recently from Sean Lennon? Is the boy making music or did he realize that he just ain't got no talent for it!

Good call, LimboinJapan ! Indeed, Yoko reflects plenty on how many years she can milk this cow for. Of course she wants to live past 100, just think of the dough rolling in. The woman's cheek knows no boundaries.

Sagamiono on the Odakyu line sings better.

She deliberately inserts herself into this idiots life and helps destroy his marriage then make sure all contact is cut form his child and only relents when public pressure became to much and then even after his death proceeds to destroy Julian's career because she cannot accept that he be the legacy of John because in her own words " Sean is the only true legacy" Despite him having zero talent.

She's the luckiest groupie in the history of rock music.

Yoko Ono needs to get a real life. Since her husband died, she has been trying to live off of his legacy. This women has no real imagination on how to create her own life outside from her husbands legacy. This is so sad....

@goddog/TimRussert Ever hear Yoko sing? Painful...So is Dylan,Mick J. great performer,interesting lyrics with an ordinary voice.Revised verdict-Beatles!!

Reflect upon the verdict that Dylan and even the Stones were better than the Beatles.

You are joking, right?

Yoko is as lunatic as it can get. Did anyone see her performance in NY a few weeks back at some art event where she belted out a loooong scream? Good gosh the woman is out there. Had it not been for her, perhaps the Beatles would have been awhile longer together.

@stevecpfc

I totally agree, his ex and his first born: Julian really got screwed big time! But I heard Yoko really never liked for him to socialize with them and that she was very jealous. Julian (unlike his younger brother Sean) has real talent, the guy cranked out some good tunes way back. Wonder what happened to him. You could definitely hear the pain in his heart from the way he wrote his music.

AP: One hundred years from now, what do you want people to know about John Lennon?

Ono: First of all, I’m not sure if I’m not going to be there.

I was kind of thinking how nice it`d be to outlive Yoko Ono so that I could live in a Yoko Ono-free world. It would be a shame if some technology came along and denied me my wish.

I wonder if she liked the warts and all docu dram from the BBC recently.

Are the latest musicians activists? , No not at all, that finished by the lat 80`s. We are mostly taking about mass produced pap. What is Lennons legacy? Maybe Oasis sums it up. Drug addicted simpletons yearning for fame. The activism was an indulgance that Lennon did to look "cool" but meglected his ex wife and son.

A horrible man and woman, best to forget.

Ono: "...it might be like we’re all going to live as long as we want to. And also John might come back."

Fruitcake.

But in the three decades since, Ono has worked to keep his legacy vibrant, and continues to do so with the approach of his 70th birthday on Saturday.

More like worked to maximise her profits from her dead husbands works. Ono Yoko is such a egomaniac.
