Yuki, Sawamura cuddle up for 'Paranormal Activity'

The Japan premiere of American horror film "Paranormal Activity" was held Tuesday at Yomiuri Hall in Yurakucho, attracting the likes of "talent" Maomi Yuki, 29, and actor Ikki Sawamura, 42.

Before the film, which tells the tale of a young couple documenting the ghostly phenomenon that occur in their home with a video camera, Yuki pestered her older companion saying, "I really don't like scary movies.. is it OK if we cuddle up and I hold on to your arm?" To which a delighted Sawamura said, "Sure."

That dress looks like she just walked out of the shower

For some reason I think she's missing something from her outfit, or she just came from her gyno appointment and didn't have time to change....

It's Yuuki, by the way, not Yuki. Yuki is a first name. Anyway, she's hot.

I love her knee caps and her dress, or sleeping gown, or curtain, or what ever it is. Shower Curtain? Cute

If you liked the Blair Witch Project, you will like this. I've become totally desensitized to the Hollywood zombie/slasher/monster/blood n' gore flic and don't feel the least bit of terror when they try to scare the audience but this movie (and the Blair Witch Project) scared the crap outta me.

It's the presence of the unknown in a believable reality that can cause real fear. On the other hand- if you lack the imagination to submerge yourself in the situation, then you will find this a total bore and waste of money (as many do).

Acually, the scariest thing might be that girl's dress- it looks like the bedsheet from the movie.

What a crappy stupid unscary movie. The best thing about it was that the camcorder was on a tripod so you didn't get motion sickness watching the movie.

Watched the movie. Nothing scary or interesting. For most parts, it is boring. On the other hand, I watch a lot of horror movies and pretty much desensitized already. Paranormal Activities is about the same type as Blair Witch Project without things moving around and giving me headache.

what's the difference between paranormal and abnormal ?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Paranormal is something that can`t be scientifically explained, and abnormal is just something odd. Sorta like this movie...

the movie was complete crap, and thats coming from someone who has seen loads and loads of horror movies. why people were scared by this is beyond me. just another cheaply made "fake found footage" horror movie.
