Yes, some Eastern-European countries can't wait to buy Tesla car or some mini electric airplane jet or something....

I recall on my second trip to Paris where I rode in from the countryside on my motorcycle it was gritty, smoggy and with wrecking yards, auto repair shops and cheap stores lining the street I entered Paris on, and later on their eight lane Autoroutes, it felt much like LA.
