what could go wrong....

All part of a cycle! 5 million years ago there were forests at Antarctica then huge ice sheets and now thawing again. I am more worried about plastic pollution filling up our oceans which doesn't even rate a mention than what is most likely natural global warming!

Yes a very destructive cycle called " Selfish human beings !.

It is much more likely for things to go wrong when based not on clear evidence and verified methods as the experts have done here but on personal beliefs.

According to the experts this is completely mistaken. One thing are changes that take millions of years, another completely different is when that happens in decades.
Plastic pollution is serious, but nowhere as close as having the destructive power of human activity originated climate change, this is not a natural process nor is it free from serious consequences.
