So what are some plans for all the underground infrastructure and subways…like in Manhattan for example?

There is a city under, “The City” as it is called by us natives.

When the CEO of Unocal retired about 20 years ago, he got a retirement package valued at about half a billion US dollars. Does he care more about the public welfare than his own welfare? Will the CEOs of the oil and coal companies do what needs to be done out of the kindness of their hearts?

People need to take energy, resource conservation measures more seriously: recycling, renewable energy, energy conservation, green building design strategies, conservation and responsible stewardship of natural environment and natural resources . . . . those conditions which are causing global warming . . . .
