At a tiny outpost in the wine world, Ireland's handful of winemakers are cautiously eyeing long-term growth potential as climate change warms up its cool climate.

This transient moment is good for the Irish vintners. But the warming process due the greenhouse effect does not stop. Will it be still good for the Irish when the temperature rises to 50 degrees Celsius?

most climate models estimate an increase of 6 to 8°C above pre-industrial levels in the next 1000 years

Which models predict so?

But feel free to supply one that supports your 40°C temperature increase

I do not think that the temperature will increase in 40°C degrees in 1000 years. It will increase much more dramatically. A runaway phenomenon will take place, unless we get out from the carbon age quickly, and move to solar power and to nuclear power, as well as to electrical transportation.

Would you mind substantiating it with a source

Read, for example, what James Hansen has said.

he himself very clearly states that what I believe you are refering to, a so-called "runaway greenhouse", is not possible here on Earth.

This is not precise.

The denial of the climate crisis is stupid and suicidal.
