Kerry voices hope for more U.S.-China cooperation on climate issues

Peaceful (or otherwise) solutions to our mutual concerns will amount to naught, if we don't preserve the ecosystem.

Kerry can hope all he wants and fill a basket with hope, the Chinese will do business as usual and ignore him.
