They are not as much courtcases as they are showcases. As nothing will change after a courts ruling. It is nice for the lawyers most of all. A big of media attention for the accusing individuals and.organisations and then business as usual. Going through the moves while everyone really knows nothing will change

There is a fierce battle around the climate issue. The petroleum lords want to continue to burn crazy amounts of petroleum, while their opponents want to save the planet from disaster and move to clean electricity and to electrical transportation.

I'm also not really sure what NB/YGHome3 is trying to achieve by sockpuppeting as a caricature of the antagonist he presumes me to be. It's just plain weird

I think it’s some rightwing North American podcast thing.

They have some failed actors turned grifters who try humour.

Adolescents tend to copy this kind of thing.

They can be unintentionally funny with their links though. I got one to Alex Berenson in the past.

These aren't court cases. They're nut cases, instigated by people who think hurt feelings justify legal action and lawyers who smell suckers with deep pockets.
