More protected areas won't save biodiversity, warn experts

The problem is not that protected areas do not protect species, but that there are not enough protected areas to get the job done.

Hah. Even the world most well know protected Amazon can't be protected and still even today has been losing chunks of it due to deforestation. If the world can't even protect even 1 important place, what makes anyone think they can do more area's?

And these promises and money ask to be pour into protecting things, but has nothing to show for it. Just a way to scam more money. Show some result first before making promises they can't keep.
