$38 trillion a year? It's insane. This is the cost everyone else pays for the average $1 trillion the oil and gas industry makes in profits each year. We could have done something 50 years ago and not paid such gargantuan costs. If there were incontrovertible proof the industry was consuming our oxygen it would still demand to make profits and spread its poisonous propaganda.
