Already shrunk by half, Swiss glaciers melting faster:

Yes, half-gone, the remaining glaciers are disappearing faster, how long more will they be still around?

This is happening all over the world, glaciers could soon be history.

Before year 2040..(?)

The climate has been changing for millenniums.

Not in the degree that is happening right now according to the experts, hence the use of the term "climate change" to point this specifically.

The hills are alive with the sound of melting.

Yes, climate change is real but I don't believe there is much we can do about it. We can try, but.....

Melting and shrinking has been the story of glaciers in Glacier National Park and in the Sierra Nevada mountains. The glaciers feeding some of China's major rivers are shrinking so rapidly that scientists are predicting they will be gone in ten years.

Himalayan glaciers produce water for much of West Asia and they too are running out. And what happens when the West coast of South America no longer has glacial water?

Next year will be worse, and we will have a world-wide Climate Panic. Having earned a Master of Science in this field in 1982, I now have to watch as we ruin the Earth.

I think we have no chance now, since the permafrost will outgas tremendous amounts of Methane and Carbon Dioxide.

when mother nature decides to "shift" it will shift and change; the only thing we can do is exploit it for political and financial gain.
