“The Environmental Protection Agency does not have the authority to protect the environment” - a very healthy and cool decision by a sensible and not at all deranged court.

Fantastic decision!

the only thing the SCOTUS did was slow down suicidal environmental policies that benefit no one outside the green energy scam industries.

The supreme court is supposed to be working in America's best interests, but from the past couple of decisions it could be accused of working against the best interest of the US. Who's payroll are they on? Two very damaging decisions by the Republican leaning court.

This is another shockingly wrong decision. Perhaps it is time to sack them all and replace them with new younger judges. An even mix of men and women. At least one gay or transgender. No member over 70 and at least two under 40. Dismantle the Supreme court to sack them and make a new court with a new title and new members.

The current group will no doubt continue to do a disservice to the people of America.

A fundamental misunderstanding of the court's purpose.

Any political policy is for lawmakers and more specifically, American voters to decide on and implement.

Not the courts.

This was the Supreme Courts throwing it back to lawmakers in the House and saying "Do your job".

The nation has been gradually transitioning away from coal to cleaner sources of electricity such as natural gas, solar energy and wind, often because they are less expensive.

Less expensive for whom? Not the ordinary citizen.

Well, what can you expect??..

A medieval conservative ingnorant supreme court for a medieval conservative ignorant closed-minded and dirty energy lover country..

Keep making China's job easier to climb to the world's first place..

Third world..

Fantastic decision!

Why medieval conservative fanaticism is inversely proportional to education, culture and science??..
