At the same time, parts of Japan are being flooded by rain. What's going on? Climate change?

It is not "climate change". It is a climate crisis. Our planet is warming up at an accelerated rate due to a greenhouse process. The excruciating end is very near, but we can try to prevent it by moving away urgently from the carbon age.
