I thank some of my bossy relatives for creating what I am today, allergic to all sorts of "hieararchy", "order", "bosses", simply couldnt stand the slightest abuse of power (loud people, cynical comments at workplace) since a very young age, coupled with some bad experiences working at a 100% japanese environment after just coming to Japan (thought I was being smart by using my japanese skills acquired at home to work in a real japanese company from year 1, BIG mistake).

It might be only me, but I find it puzzling the fact 99.9% of the "bosses" are never good people, grew distrustful of the system and too proud to be bossed around by a total stranger. After all these years, good grief, cant even imagine having someone telling me what to do every day. Life is so pleasant without these stressful "ningen kankei" and when you get to decide what kind of person you want to interact.

The best psychological profile for business, political, military (power hierarchies) success is pure clinical psychopathy with its characteristic 'warm and friendly personality'. As both Nietzsche and Rand have pointed out, the world is ruled by psychopathy. You're a decent Human? Have a conscience? Sorry to have to tell you this, but...
