Fame part of family business for Will, Jaden Smith

I can't take this kid seriously, even if he was the best at what he did he was given the easy path by living of his fathers name

Will is horrible. Bad acting, poor music skills, only pop movies ;/ I can't imagine how sucky his son will be. Suckier for sure.

I prefer the mom.

I like Will Smith. He is funny and his characters are more human and believable than a majority of actors.

I've never seen a movie with his son in it, but if he is anything like his father, I will be enjoying another generation of Smiths at the movies. I just hope the son develops the strength of character that the father has been able to portray on film.

The movie will be a great vehicle for them both. A father son movie will be a nice change from the lone anti-hero movies of late.

One thing I appreciate about Will Smith is that he enjoys sci-fi. He has an extensive resume of sci-fi/action films that move beyond stereotypical black movies that show dysfunctional relationships, prison, drugs, gangs and poverty. Black America has rejected math and science and thus has little interest in sci-fi. While most black people in America can't relate to I Robot, I am legend, Hancock, I applaud these movies. Even having a black president means nothing until black people embrace education more fully to pursue the promises and possibilities of sci-fi.
