Sasaki seems to have a secret that other people don't much think of: Do it your own way. The artist that he is, like a good opera tenor, is knowing when to stop as opposed to hold the note too long just because you can. Light touch of his culture onto his adopted one. A true artistic blend of cultures with the one thing almost everyone can relate to. Chocolate.

When it comes to chocolate, it's always Switzerland at no. 1, followed by Italy, then Germany. Japan around 5 or 6 spot.

A big question for any chocolatier is their source of cocoa beans.

As a Belgian I must react. I am not a nationalist and would switch my passport for most others. But Belgium is nr 1 in the world in just 3 things. And they are Chocolates, beer and Diamond cutting and setting ( and selling).
too much trekking in Nepal seems not good for general knowledge.
for the rest Belgium is a boring, confused retirement home for conservative minds.

Mom brought back some chocolate from Japan, and it was fantastic.

Nobody cares about Belgium. No they are not No. 1 at chocolate, beers and diamond cutting.
