So where do I get my iconic Fish & Chips? I'm guessing somewhere towards the north of England.

Sushi in TOKYO??!! Yeah, sure, if I want over-priced Westernised sushi that's "freshly" unfrozen from the Tokyo fish market... but if you want the real deal using unfrozen fish (which is best, freezing the fish changes the texture - and not for the better) then find virtually any fishing village along the coast of Japan and choose the nearest non-chain store sushi restaurant. Real, traditional sushi made with fresh local ingredients. It will re-define what you consider to be "good" sushi.
