Queen’s Masquerade features Marie Antoinette afternoon tea & dinner at Hilton Tokyo

Hilton Tokyo invites all to the Queen’s Masquerade this autumn—a new dessert buffet held until Nov 12. With “new normal” practices, enjoy a new dining experience in Marble Lounge. Live like royalty and have the buffet brought to you at your table with the beautifully decorated dessert wagon and indulge in freshly made desserts plated individually by chefs at the live stations.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of “Marie Antoinette’s Sweet Haute Couture” (that ended on Sept 30), the Marie Antoinette theme has been extended to “Queen’s Masquerade” this autumn with the hint of a mysterious allure. Guests can enjoy up to 30 selections of desserts made with seasonal ingredients such as apple, Japanese grapes, French pear, chestnut and more.

Look out for Mont Blanc, a new addition to the live station. Watch the ultra thin threads of chestnut puree go from layer to layer stacked upon the spongecake.

On the savory side, there is the purple cabbage and quinoa mixed salad, roasted pumpkin pizza and aglio olio.

Marble Lounge has always been packed with guests getting food from the buffet line whilst taking photographs of the gorgeous interior. With “new normal” practices, a photography area has been set up just #forthegram without guests being rushed down the buffet line.

Live stations

The live stations aren’t just entertaining. The chefs prepare the food on the spot to ensure its freshness and quality. Also, if you have a question or request, just ask.

Dessert wagon

There aren’t many places that provide this service of bringing the buffet to you. Enjoy your afternoon tea like royalty and wait for the food to be brought to you using the dessert wagon.

Apart from the above measures, the hotel asks all guests to come in masks, disinfect their hands and have their temperature checked before entry.

Never ever such a cheap and untasty looking pumpkin pizza was on or near the banquet table , any French queen had her servings from...lol Not even the cooking staff of the castle would have taken a bite of it. Never.
