How can they miss "The holy trinity" onions celery and peppers, chopped or blended bagged and frozen then defrosted the night before you want to cook. Save a lots of time and tears when your knocking up pasta sauces. You bang it in the pan an stir as you prep your other ingredients. A tips from someone with alot of experience.
