Don't use cornflour, use ground almonds instead. You get a much better texture and taste. Personally, I dislike chocolate cake, it's a myth that everone lives it. I'm always disappointed to be served the ubiquitous and boring chocolate cake at parties.

Sounds delicious! Unlike Luddite, I'm a huge chocolate lover and flourless chocolate cake is a hit with me! I'm one of those people who does not "balance out" chocolate flavours with vanilla ice cream or berry sauce. Give it all to me in dark chocolate please! And never light brown colour!

Sounds and LOOKS delicious! Unlike Luddite and like that person , I'm also a  huge chocolate lover and flourless chocolate cake is a hit with me as well! I'm one of those people who does "balance out" chocolate flavors with vanilla ice cream. Bring it on, dark or lighter chocolate. Yummy!
