I use turmeric on most days. Love Thai food. Great Thai restaurant in Kyoto where you eat what you want. Next to the Imperial Palace.

Never heard of that Thai place, might be good for the missus and the boy. I don’t have the appetite those two have.

Turmeric is great, when I had acute bronchitis I looked at remedies all over the net. Tried an Indian one, hot milk, turmeric, honey and black pepper. Within hours I was getting relief and the symptoms improved day by day. Worked better than anything the quack gave me.

I usually get my Thai Kyoto Turmeric fix in the 金象 near the 平安神宮.

Turmeric is marvellous for one’s health, used by Indians for centuries in many home remedies for things like colds and fevers.

well, this dish sounds pretty decent to me, quite a shopping list of ingredients though, think that may put off a few from attempting, don’t you think?

I was thinking the same. As a result, I do my Thai and Indian dining in restaurants.
