A taste of Denver coming to Four Seasons Tokyo

To mark the start of United Airlines flights between Denver and Tokyo, the Four Seasons Tokyo's restaurant ekki BAR & GRILL will host Executive Chef Simon Purvis from Edge Restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel Denver from Friday June 14 to Friday June 28.

Overlooking the Rocky Mountains, Colorado is well known for its eco-tourism and consumption of homegrown products. Taking advantage of fresh local products, Chef Purvis utilizes the grill to create a unique flavor. During the promotion, Purvis will present a special menu of American grill prepared in an authentic style of Denver, using Japanese local ingredients. A special 5-course gala dinner will be held on Friday June 14. A cooking school will be held on Tuesday June 18 to show the popular dishes from the restaurant so you may add to your home cooking repertoire. Enjoy the real American grill from the Rocky Mountains state.

Price: Lunch: 2,500 yen~ Dinner: 6,500 yen~ Brunch: 3,900 yen~ (Saturday and Sunday) Gala Dinner: 16,000 yen/per person (with wine pairing) Cooking School: 10,000 yen ( 3-course Lunch)

Well, Boulder is nearby Denver, so this direct flight is a good thing for anyone going there or to enjoy the incredibly pretty Estes Parks and nearby areas.
