That looks and sounds really good. I had something similar once at an Egyptian fusion place once and it was good. I'm not cooking it for myself, though. I'd go to a restaurant for it. Too much for me to eat alone.

That green dill kind of makes it look a bit yuckier than it probably is. Nonetheless, knowing what's in it I think it would be worth trying. It does sound good.

Indeed. At least the dill is sprinkled on. I might try a nip of it if Mrs Elvis has some languishing in the fridge just to see but I think dill is overrated and makes everything taste just like dill. Yucky yucky yuck.

But the recipe reminds me of Frittata di Spaghetti, an Elvis summer time classic...
