Take part in this ‘infinite dumplings festival’ and see how many gyoza you can handle for the low price of just 2,200 yen.

Experience the ultimate umami explosion with unlimited cooked dumplings, and more than 50 kinds of drinks to sample over the space of 2 hours.

The menu offers both boiled and grilled dumplings in a range of fillings and flavors.

Boiled Dumplings

Salivate over these soup-soaked boiled dumplings.

3 varieties of sticky dumplings soak up the homely flavor of chicken soup and come together to create an infinite loop of umami flavors.

Grilled Dumplings

Enjoy 3 different types of grilled dumplings; extra crispy pork gyoza, ‘overflowing’ minced pork gyoza and speciality shrimp gyoza. Whatever your palette, there is a crispy grilled dumpling made for you.

The event also includes an all-you-can-drink menu featuring 6 different freshly made lemon sours, the perfect refreshment for an evening of non-stop dumplings.

The event is available at the Barbeque Robata Namba store in Osaka until Dec 13.

I love gyoza, but this event is in Osaka, so a bit far. Also, I can't eat big portions anymore, so "all-you-can-eat" is not for me. Finally, gyoza means beer, who drinks lemon sours with that??

Btw, if you ever visit Xi'an in central China, that's the land of gyoza, they have some great restaurants serving hundreds of types of gyoza.

"Dumplings" the photo doesn't show dumplings! Dumplings are a stodgy lump of flour and suet mum used to pad out a stew!
