Coated with strawberry glaҫage and layered with amaou strawberry, peach mousse and a touch of champage while sitting on a pistachio and strawberry biscuit, this cake is a welcome centerpiece at even the liveliest winter soirée.
◆ Satin 4,900 yen (16 cm)
A dark chocolate glaҫage gives a preview to the velvety Dulcey chocolate caramel mousse which covers a gateau au chocolat center. A chocolate sable cookie is used as the cake’s base. Garnished with pecan and chocolate twigs, this cake is a modern twist on a classic yuletide treat.
◆ Neige 4,900 yen (16 cm)
Inspired by the snowy festive season, beneath this glaҫage lies a blend of white chocolate vanilla crémeux and hazelnut praline mousse with a peculoos base. Luscious, creamy flavors give way to rich, earthy undertones in this exquisite holiday dessert.

Carefully selected ingredients are used in this original recipe with soft sponge and layers of fresh cream and strawberries, making this classic shortcake the most popular choice since our opening in 1994.
