What's unhealthy about it? Cream? Butter? Bacon (with almost all of its fat melted off)? None of these are in excess and if you eat a proper balanced diet this dish is certainly not unhealthy IMO.

This looks delicious. I also recommend carrot and orange soup, or carrot and tomato. A versatile vegetable, is the old carrot.
