Enjoy a 'Chili & Cool' summer at Park Hyatt Tokyo

Park Hyatt Tokyo is offering a special free flow plan to celebrate the summer season. Cool down with domestic craft beer at Delicatessen’s relaxed and breezy terrace with the “Chili & Cool” summer menu. Back by popular demand, this menu will be available until Wednesday, Sept 30, 2020.

In collaboration with SanktGallen, a pioneer in domestic craft beer, the free flow beer is back featuring three different beers. The hotel's original “Park Brewery Ale”; using 20 types of hops and two types of malt as well as the brand new, refreshing and fruity “Mango IPA” and the popular wheat ale "Shonan Gold."

In addition, there is free flow sparkling, white, and red wine and the hotel's Executive Chef has also created a special appetizer plate to accompany the drinks.

Time: Weekdays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Final entry will be 7 p.m. on all days)

The "Why Juice?" selection is pesticide and chemical free, and produced with domestically sourced fruits & vegetables that are squeezed, pasteurised and bottled. The juice is extracted without the use of preservatives or food additives, thus ensuring a safe and nutritious gift that is perfect for the health-conscious person in your life. Hotel safety measures

In response to COVID-19, the hotel has introduced enhanced measures at Delicatessen for guests’ safety and peace of mind.

They include:

• Assurance of food safety through ISO 22000:2018 certification, a comprehensive and independently audited food safety management system.

• Sanitization of tables, chairs, condiment holders and menus before seating guests.

• Placement of cutlery inside napkins.

• Use of mask and gloves by all associates when preparing meals and plating dishes.

• Alcohol wipes for guests’ use.
