People use butter when cooking salmon?!

Salmon is often roasted in butter

Gawd! Don't do that! You don't really need anything - salmon's got plenty of oil in it already, just put it on a piece of foil and stick it in the toaster oven for 15-20 min. But this recipe sounds good, I'll have to try it.
