I do enjoy the occasional baguette. Will it taste better with UNESCO? Probably not. Just like my Cornish Pastie and Champagne.

Baguettes will still be consumed and Japanese folk dances still performed without the pseudo imprimatur of UNESCO, another bloated bureaucracy of the UN.
